Comprehensive Medicines continuity of care allows us the ability to provide you with Medical Care at all levels and in multiple settings. We offer medical services in the following environments: in office visits, house calls, nursing facilities, hospice, assisted living facilities and we can even personally admit you into Grossmont Hospital. This continuity of care combined is what separates us from other medical practices in San Diego County. Unlike other practices, if Hospital admission is needed, we won't transfer your care to an on call hospitalist. We at Comprehensive Medicine continue your care at the hospital as your primary physician. This way you continue to work with us and minimize the probability of having conflicting treatments from multiple on call physicians. In addition we know exactly what treatments were provided at the hospital and we can continue your treatment after your discharge. This allows Comprehensive Medicine to put your needs first and to be your Full Health Care Circle.
For the appropriate medical conditions, we also arrange the old fashion, unheard of, direct admit.
This means bypassing the emergency room, and we arrange for you to go directly to a patient room at Grossmont Hospital.

Comprehensive Medicine
brings primary care to your home. If you are homebound, we will travel to your residence throughout San Diego County
to provide you with the care and medicine that you need. Our team of medical professionals specializes in working with you in your home, board and care, assisted living, nursing home or hospital. When you are in our care, we will typically visit you monthly to prescribe all medications. If you have an urgent issue, call us as soon as possible, and we will get a clinician out to see you. We strive to stop a small problem from becoming a serious problem. If you wish to keep your primary care, you can always call us on an as needed basis as well.
