California Mobile Physicians (CMP)
We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we serve all of San Diego County and are willing to come to you. These services are primarily for homebound patients who are unable to travel. Our team of physicians, and nurse practitioners are certified to provide primary and specialty care, including house visits for patients who cannot leave their home.
